Close Encounters

Collection designed to represent a well known science fiction movie in a new and exciting way so that it could be displayed at a showing this year. The simplified color palette and rough textures implements the originality of this piece while subjects referenced maintain the identity of the original movie. Created a set of pins, a popcorn bucket that displays the original tagline, “We are not alone.”, as well as a drink cup that customers would receive at the movie showing. Both bucket and cup drawn as full wrap illustrations.
